Opportunity Overview
We are looking for motivated, service-minded individuals who want to build an independent financial services business helping middle-income and Main Street families work toward financial independence and security.
Selected candidates participate in a structured professional development and licensing program. Previous financial experience is not required. Licensing exam preparation, field coaching, and one-on-one mentorship are provided.
Before becoming properly licensed and appointed, associates focus on education, professional development, client scheduling support, and observation. Associates may not provide financial advice, make product recommendations, solicit, or conduct licensed business activities until all required state licenses and securities registrations are obtained and company appointments are completed.
Program Stages & Responsibilities
Stage 1: Pre-Licensing & Training Phase
- Complete required financial services study materials and state licensing examinations
- Participate in coaching, mentorship, and team training sessions
- Learn foundational financial principles involving budgeting, debt elimination, emergency funds, life insurance protection, retirement planning, and wealth building
- Assist with client appointment scheduling, follow-up, and meeting preparation
- Develop relationship-building, communication, and client support skills
- Observe experienced field leaders in client educational presentations
- Strictly adhere to company compliance, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
Stage 2: Responsibilities After Licensing & Appointment
- Help families and individuals conduct Financial Needs Analyses (FNA) to establish personalized financial game plans
- Educate clients regarding term life insurance protection, mutual funds, annuities, and retirement savings vehicles
- Assist individuals and business owners with retirement accounts, rollover options, and college savings plans
- Help clients with debt-reduction strategies and long-term financial security planning
- Build, service, and maintain long-term client relationships
- Participate in continuing education and maintain strict regulatory compliance
Qualifications & Licensing
- A genuine passion for educating and helping families achieve financial goals
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, coachable, and committed to high ethical standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required (College education, sales, customer service, or business background is helpful but not required)
- Pass required regulatory background check and state fingerprinting
- Eligible and willing to obtain required state licensing (Life & Health Insurance and applicable FINRA securities registrations such as Series 6, 63, or 65 based on products offered)
